| | 2. How to buy online | | Simply click on our brands to view all available collections. Then choose from the range of bikini, swimsuit or accessory styles for any collection. When you have found your perfect swimwear choice you will be given the option of selecting your preferred size and colour choice. These may be in stock or for pre-order. Click the "add to basket" button and when you are ready just proceed to our secure checkout. Here you will be asked to provide delivery details before being forwarded to a secure payment service operated by Secure Hosting and Barclaycard where you give your credit card or debit card. It's that easy. |

Ordering by post | We are delighted to accept orders by post - just use our website as usual to complete an order but choose payment type of "Pay by cheque" (instead of Secure Hosting (Barclaycard)). Please make your cheques payable to "Citrus Beachwear". We will then receive your full order ready for processing. Then print out your receipt and send it with a cheque for the total amount to:-

Ordering by telephone | If you would prefer to place your order by phone just use our website as usual to complete an order but choose payment type of "Telephone order" (instead of Secure Hosting (Barclaycard)). We will then receive your full order ready for processing. Then please call us on 0844 800 9548 between the working hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. Monday to Friday and we will be delighted to help. Please remember to have your credit/debit card details to hand.
A 24-hour answer machine is also provided, please leave your name and the contact telephone number you would like us to call you back on and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

| | 6. Delivery | UK Delivery
Your order will be despatched within 24 hours by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery upon receipt of order and authorisation of payment. We would advise you allow three to five working days for delivery and please bear in mind that your parcel will need to be signed for. Delivery Cost: £4.00 per order
If your order is more urgent, a next day delivery service is available by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm on all orders received and authorised payment before 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday. Please note: Orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until the next working day (Excludes weekends & Bank Holidays).

International Delivery
Your order will be despatched within 24 hours by Royal Mail International Signed for delivery upon receipt of order and authorisation of payment. Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery, however, this will vary from country to country.

Our returns period is 14 days of receipt and any goods should be returned within this period. We will only offer a refund or exchange of goods provided they are returned unworn, unwashed and all labels are intact and unmarked and are in the original packaging. | | 9. Ordering and payment systems security | When you make a purchase using a credit or debit card through the Citrus Beachwear website, we never receive or store your card details - these are given by you solely to our payment partners Secure Hosting and Barclaycard.
Furthermore, our own website's checkout pages are encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) to collect your name, address and order details but not your payment details which are only collected by our payment partners.
